How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service via info@afosocks.com and explain your issues with our
AFO Socks. We will issue instructions by email regarding returns, refunds or re-shipping.
Customer's contact must be made within 30 days of our shipping date of product.

If you prefer, you may also leave a phone number and message with my Orthotic Practice
booking service at 613-725-2829. I will then return your phone call, usually within 24 hours.

Complete refunds are possible when you are not happy with our AFO Socks.
